Clean crankshaft extension (taper) and apply Loctite 242 (blue) on taper, then position Woodruff key, flywheel and lock washer on crankshaftClean nut threads and apply Loctite 242 (blue) then tighten nut to 125 Nm (92 lbfft)At reassembly coat all electric connections with silicone dielectric grease (PN 413 701 700) to prevent corrosion or moisture penetration
