Partially drill rivet end not the rivet head
Grinding Procedure
Rear Cap Grind rivet heads from top of rear cap and underneath for side retaining rivetsA03H2FA
Ground rivet end to the part retained by the rivetRemove part rivetedGround rivet to the chassisDrive out remaining rivet head using punchMaintain slow to medium speed at all times when drillingThe proper speed is attained when constant chip is ejectedNOTE: To increase bit life, use Bombardier synthetic chaincase oil (PN 413 803 300) as cutting oil
