Remove guard and drive belt from vehicleRemove cap screw no1, washer no2 and shouldered washer no13 then pull the driven pulley from the countershaftNote shouldered washer position for reinstallationTake care not to loose spacer no41 2

Use spring compressor (PN 529 035 524)529 035 524
