Section 05 TRANSMISSION Subsection 03 (DRIVE PULLEY)
INSPECTION
Drive pulley should be inspected annually
Use tools (PN 529 031 300 and 529 031 200) to remove old bushing
16,17, Thrust Washer and Roller
Check roller for roundness of external diameterCheck thrust washer for thickness wearReplace as required529 031 300 529 031 200
CAUTION
Ensure rollers are in good conditionReplace as required
9,12, Fitting Bolt Ass'y and Flanged Bushing
Check for wear, replace as requiredWhen installing old style flanged bushing (made of black plastic), use size "O" (letter) drill bit to ream inside diameterA01D2MA
24,25, O-Ring and Slider Shoe
Check if O-rings are cracked, cut or crushedReplace as requiredCheck slider shoes for wearReplace if groove is not apparent on top
