To install, stick heating element to handlebar making sure wires do not interfere with operation of accelerator or brake handle;
WARNING
S-Series The maximum ball joint length exceeding tie rod is measured form tie rod to ball joint centerIt must not exceed the value in the following chart
Never use lubricants (e.gsoap, grease, etc to install handlebar grip, use instead mix of soap and waterMix 40 parts of water with one part of dish washing soap (recommended: Ultra Joy, Sunlight or Palmolive)Insert new grip with rubber malletHeat grip with heater gun or spot light to facilitate installation
INSPECTION
To verify heating elements refer to TESTING PROCEDURE 06-0710,16, Ball Joint (left hand and right hand threads)
