ASSEMBLY
Position oil deflector ring no10 then sit bearing in chaincase apertureInstall spacer then the other bearing
23, Chaincase Oil
Remove filler cap and pour 250 mL (8.5 floz) of chaincase oil (PN 413 801 900) into chaincaseNOTE: Chaincase oil capacity is 250 mL (8.5 floz)Check the oil level by removing the chaincase oil level plug1

Using an appropriate pusher, press new oil seal no7 into chaincase hubOil seal must sit flush with case hub edge
