Formula SL Only Loosen set screw and unlock collar no18 if bearing is needed to be disassembledSee above S-Series illustration and procedureS-Series with Hydraulic Brake and RER If bearing is needed to be disassembled follow Skandic 380 and Touring procedure aboveS-Series with Hydraulic Brake Remove retaining screws no20 from countershaft bearing housing Unbolt oil reservoir support to make room for countershaft or brake disc removal Pull countershaft toward driven pulley side to gain access to clip no25 Remove clip no25 on countershaft Pull countershaft toward driven pulley side to free from chaincaseWithdraw countershaft toward chaincase Remove connecting pipe between tuned pipe and after muffler Disconnect brake line from caliper and plug it Unbolt caliper from chaincase Remove brake disc from countershaft
CLEANING
Clean all metal components in general purpose solventThoroughly dry all components before assembling
