24,25, O-Ring and Slider Shoe
Check if O-rings are cracked, cut or crushedReplace as requiredCheck slider shoes for wearReplace if groove is not apparent on top
ASSEMBLY
NOTE: This drive pulley is lubrication freeDo not lubricate any component
1,2,3, Screw, Ring Gear and Loctite 271
Apply Loctite 271 (PN 413 702 900) on threads and under head then torque to 15 Nm (133 lbfin)
5,29, Fixed Half and Governor Cup
Inspect splines and free play between both partsMaximum free-play is 0.5 mm (.020 in) measured at calibration screw radiusReplace if required
20, Spring Cover Bushing
Visually inspect coatingReplace if wornUnder normal use there is no need to replace this bushingMount compressor (PN 529 035 524) in viseUse tools (PN 529 031 300 and 529 031 200) to remove old bushing
