The use of standard multi-purpose grease could result in rewind starter malfunctionTo install new rope no6: insert rope into sheave no5 orifice and lock it with the key no7 as illustrated1
Position pawl no8, pawl lock no9 and circlip no10Install locking spring no11 and lubricate with MOLYKOTE G-n paste from Dow Corning or equivalent1
