Position new coil, crimp and solder all wires Prior to assembly, apply Loctite 242 (blue)Use magneto coil centering tool (PN 420 876 922) and install it so that it fits around armature plate before tightening screws420 876 922
ASSEMBLY
Position the armature plate no1 on the crankcase, aligning the marks on both partsPut drop of Loctite 242 (blue) on screw threads and tightenClean crankshaft extension (taper)Apply Loctite 242 (blue) on taperPosition Woodruff key, magneto flywheel no9 and lock washer no12 on crankshaftClean nut threads and apply Loctite 242 (blue) before tightening nut no13Torque nut to 90 Nm (66 lbfft)At reassembly coat all electric connections with silicone dielectric grease (PN 413 701 700) to prevent corrosion or moisture penetration
