Track Cleat
Removal Raise rear of vehicle off the ground and lift snowguard then rotate track to expose cleat to be replaced Using track cleat remover (PN 529 0087 00) for all modelsInstallation NOTE: Keep the same pitch between guide cleats Place new cleat in position and using small track cleat installer (PN 529 0085 00) bend cleat then push tabs into rubber
Before checking track alignment, ensure that the track is free of all particles which could be thrown out while track is rotatingKeep hands, tools, feet and clothing clear of trackTo correct, stop engine then tighten the adjuster bolt on side where guides are farthest to slideRecheck alignment1 2
