Release N2 (nitrogen) pressure from the damper Schrader valve

Nitrogen gas is under extreme pressureUse caution when releasing this gas volumeProtective eye wear should be used

With the seal assembly removed, slowly lift and remove damper rod assembly from the damper bodyNOTE: Remove damper rod assembly slowly to reduce oil spillage and prevent piston seal damage by damper body threadsWrap the damper body with shop cloth to capture possible overflow oil while removing the damper piston
