Never run an engine with faulty or inoperative voltage regulatorThis could damage the DUCATI CDI module
TESTING PROCEDURE
The regulator ground must be checked to ensure the circuit is completeIf necessary, connect good ground wire from the regulator to the engine
Connect wire of the voltmeter to BLACKYELLOW wireConnect the other wire of the voltmeter to YELLOW wireLift the rear of vehicle and support with mechanical standStart the engine at an idle without opening the throttle
