Yoke ass'y and drive unit assembly must not be immersed in cleaning solventDiscard all O-rings and gasketClean brushes and holders with clean cloth soaked in solventBrushes must be dried thoroughly with clean clothBlow brush holders clean using compressed airF01H0RA
1Commutator undercut 0.20 mm (.008 in)

Always wear safety glasses when using compressed airRemove dirt, oil or grease from commutator using clean cloth soaked in suitable solventDry well using clean, dry clothClean engine ring gear teeth and drive unit (clutch)NOTE: Bushings must not be cleaned with grease dissolving agentsImmerse all metal components in cleaning solutionDry using clean, dry cloth
Check commutator out of round condition with Vshaped blocks and an indicatorIf commutator out of round is more than 0.40 mm (.016 in), commutator should be turned on latheCheck commutator outer diameterIf less than 27 mm (1.063 in), replace
