CAUTION
Do not overheat and quickly perform soldering to prevent solder from flowing to the brush through the wirePreferably use heat sink
Install thrust washer against outer stop collarPlace drive lever onto overrunning clutch then insert into drive housing

ASSEMBLY
Prior to assembling, coat sliding surfaces and moving parts on armature shaft splines, overrunning clutch, solenoid switch plunger, drive lever and bushings with G.EVersilube 321 (PN 413 7040 00) lubricantProceed as follows for assemblingSecure drive housing in viseA19E08A
1Install on overrunning clutch 2Install thrust washer
CAUTION
Do not overtighten since housing might be damagedInstall overrunning clutch onto armature shaftInsert inner collar onto shaftInstall new circlip
