BRAKE DISC REMOVAL
S-Series Brake disc can be withdraw without removing caliperProceed as follows: Remove belt guard, belt and driven pulley Remove air silencer Unbolt bearing support no19 from chassis Open chaincase and remove upper sprocketMX 440 F, Formula 500500 Deluxe, Summit 500583 and GT 500583 Only Pull countershaft toward driven pulley side to gain access to clip no25 Remove clip no25 on countershaftA03D2EA
