27, Conical Spring Washer
Install washer with its concave side towards drive pulley
18, Circlip
CAUTION
It is of the utmost importance to install the circlip otherwise damage to the chaincase components may occur
DRIVE CHAIN ADJUSTMENT
NOTE: Brake disc key must be in good condition before checking chain free play
10, O-ring

4, Upper Sprocket Castellated Nut
Torque to 45 to 90 Nm (33 to 66 lbfft)Install new cotter pin in the position shown
Replace O-ring no10 on tensioner adjustment screwFully tighten tensioner adjustment screw by hand, then back off only far enough for hair pin to engage in locking holeThis initial adjustment should provide 3-5 mm (18-1364 in) free-play when measured at the outer circumference of the brake disc
