REMOVAL
Install hose pincer (PN 529 0099 00) on fuel supply line close to pump inlet
CLEANING AND INSPECTION
The entire pump should be cleaned with general purpose solvent before disassemblyFuel pump components should be cleaned in general purpose solvent and dried with compressed air

Solvent with low flash point such as gasoline, naphtha, benzol, etc should not be used as each is flammable and explosiveInspect diaphragmThe pumping area should be free of holes, tears or imperfectionsReplace as neededHigh-supply pump with twin outlets: Thoroughly clean filter on top coverReplace pump if too dirty
