REMOVAL
All Models WARNINGBattery BLACK negative cable must always be disconnected first and connected lastWARNINGNever charge or boost battery while installed on vehicleRemove belt guardUnfasten spark plug cables from fan housingUnplug spark plug capsRemove throttle cable attachment from air silencerUnplug CDI box harness connectorSlacken collar on carburetor adaptorsRemove air silencerCDI box will come along with

StepUnfasten and open StepLift protective boot StepRemove vent tube
All Models Withdraw battery from vehicle being careful not lean it so that electrolyte flows out of vent tubeCAUTIONShould any electrolyte spillage occur, immediately wash off with solution of baking soda and water to prevent damage to vehicle components-
