Section 03 MOTEUR (AXIAL FAN COOLING SYSTEM)
Using press, drive the fan shaft no9 out
Remove circlip no11 then remaining bearingTo install, press one bearing in place then install circlip and shimsPress the other bearing from opposite side until it is flush with housingPress fan shaft from engine side of fan housingCheck for free rolling actionAt assembly, apply light coat of Loctite 242 (blue) on screw no1 threadsA gasket must be placed on both sides (inner and outer) of intake and exhaust holes of cylinder cowl nos4 and 5Reinstall fan protector no18 properlyWARNINGAlways reinstall fan protector after servicing;
