DISASSEMBLY AND ASSEMBLY
Remove fan protectorTo remove or install fan pulley retaining nut no17, lock fan pulley with special holder wrench (P420 8763 57)At assembly, torque nut to 65 Nm (48 lbfft)
To adjust tension, add or remove shim(s) no15 between pulley halves nos14 and 16Install excess shim(s) between distance sleeve no13 and half pulley no14 (housing side)2 3
