To adjust rope ensionind rop on she ave and place rope sh eave into starter housing aking sure that the sh eave hub notch engag es in th re ind spring hookRotat th sh ave count erclock ise until rop end is acce ssible through starter housing orifice Pull the rop out of th starter housing and te mporarily ake knot to hold itO turn preload ill give turns of ension en fully xt ended
