INSPECTION
Visually inspect batte casing for cracks or other possible damageIf casting is damaged, replace battery and thoroughly clean battery tray and close area with water and baking sodaWARNINGShould the battery casing be dam+ aged, wear suitable pair of non-absorbent gloves when removing the battery by handInspect battery posts for security of mountingInspect for cracked or damaged battery caps, replace defective capsWARNINGBattery caps do not have ventholesMake sure that vent tube is not obstructed
