Section 05 TRANSMISSION Sub-Section 03 (DRIVEN PULLEY)
REMOVAL
Belt Guard and Drive Belt
Remove from vehicle11,12,13,16,17, Washer, Lock Washer, Screw, Shim and Extension Remove the cap screw, pull the driven pulley from the counters haft,

CLEANING
7, Small Bushing
Only clean it using petroleum based solvent such as VarsolCAUTIONDo not use acetonev

6, Large Bushing
During break-in period (about 10 hours of use), teflon from bushing moves to cam surfaceA teflon over teflon running condition occurs, leading to low frictionSo it is normal to see gray teflon deposit on camDo not remove that deposit, it is not dustWhen dust deposit has to be removed from the cam, use dry cloth to avoid removing transferred teflon
14, Countershaft (Liquid Cooled Models Only)
Should removal be required, refer to BRAKE 05-05 then look for Countershaft and Brake Disc Removal
