NOTEDriven pulley components (cam, shoes, spring, etc except fixed half can be serviced without removing the whole driven pulley from chaincaseSimply remove roll pin as explained in disassembly portion

ASSEMBLY
3, Cam Slider Shoe
When replacing slider shoes, always install new set (3 shoes) to maintain equal pressure on the cam5, Fixed Half Shaft Thoroughly clean the fixed half shaftApply light film of low-temperature grease(PN413 7061 00) on the shaftAlways wipe off surplusNOTEActivate the sliding half several times to distribute lubricant over full length of shaftBe careful that lubricant does not get on inner halves of pulleyAssemble driven pulley components by reversing disassembly procedure
REMOVAL
Pulley Guard and Drive Belt
RemoveSteering Column Bolts Slacken9, Drive Chain Release tension7,8, Castellated Nut and Cotter Remove from fixed half shaft9, Drive Chain Attach to frame to prevent from falling inside chaincaseDriven Pull toward engine and remove from vehicle
