1,9, Upper Crankcase and Lower
Crankcase halves are factory matched and therefore, are not interchangeable as single halves
377 and 443 Engines Torque screws to proper torque in the following sequence
5, Paste Gasket
Prior to joining of crankcase halves, spray some new injection oil (or equivalent) on all moving parts of the crankshaftSpray Activator (P 413 7081 00) on mating surfaces to ensure paste gasket will fully curedIt increases cure speed and gap filling capability, Then apply paste gasket (P 4137027 00) on crankcase mating surfacesPosition the crankcase halves together and tighten bolts by hand then install and tighten armature plate on magneto side to correctly align the crankcase halves
