DISASSEMBLY
8,9,10, Piston, Piston Pin and Circlip
247 Engine Type Only Place clean cloth over crankcase, then with pointed tool inserted in piston notch, remove circlip from pistonTo remove piston pin, use piston pin puller (PN 529 0210 00) as follows Fully screw puller handle Insert puller end into piston pin Screw (L1-i threads) extracting nut Hold puller firmly and rotate puller handle counterclockwise to pull' piston pin

Pull out piston pin by unscrewing puller until first thread of puller rod aligns with 277 mark277 mark on puller
