7,12, Flange nutbolt
Bogie wheels are factory riveted When separation is necessary, remove rivets securing wheel tire and flanges using 316 in diadrillSecure flanges and tire using bolts (14-20 314 in) and nutsTighten in the following sequence to N.m (44 Ibf.in)
INSTALLATION
3,4,5, Lock washer, capscrewcross shaft
With rear of vehicle supported oft the ground, position front bogie wheel set and secure to frame using lock washers and capscrewsSecure rear set then remaining set to frame
