INSTALLATION
Reverse removal procedure, paying attention to the following :
ADJUSTMENT
7,70, Tensioner adjustment screwwave pin
Torque tensioner adjustment screw to 0.33 to 0.44 N-m (3 to Ifb-in) then install wave pin as shown
78, Flanged elastic stop nut
Install transmission in vehicleTorque retaining nuts to 24 N-m (18 Ibf-ft)
Drive axle
Remove drive axle holder
NOTE: With the above adjustment, the ajustment screw head must contacts transmission case with preloadIf not, screw threads or tensioner throads are damaged
