2, Brake shoe
Check brake lining for wearReplace if brake lining thickness is less than mm (18 in)
6,7,14, Cable retaining bracket, boltnut
Brake cable must form loop around the bolt so that the cable may be firmly pinched between tho bolt head and the bracket

NOTE: When replacing brako cable, adjust the length of the loop so that the cable adjusting nuts are halfway on their threadsThis will allow adequate final adjustment
NOTE: If traces of oil are found on lining andor pulley, check chaincase seal for leaks or incorrect installationReplace or repair as neededWipe all traces of oil from pulleyInstall new brake shoe
