CHECKING OPERATION
On vehicle
Test bench
Connect hose filled with injection to main line fittingInsert other hose end in an injection oil conta iner, Using counter-clockwise rotaling drill rotate pump shaftOil must drip from outer holes while holding lever in fully open positionIf not replace pump,

NOTEMain oil line must be "full of oil See bleeding procedure above
Lift rear of vehicle and suppOrt with mechanical standUnbolt banjo "fittings from pump, Start engine and stop it as soon as it firesCheck that oil level in small oil lines is passed banjo fit ling end bV about 25 mm 11 in) {this will be indicated by clear section of small oil lines of aboul 25 mm (1 in))Repeat the procedure until this condition is at tainedReconnect banjo fittings with washer on each side, start engine and run at idle wh ile holding the pump lever in fully open positionOil colunms must advance into small oil lines(TYPICAL) Engine 8t idle
