Discard all seals and O-ringsClean all metal components in non-ferrous metal cleaner

To remove the distance sleeve use bearing puller (Ex: Snap-on noCJ 950) and pusher (P420 8766 12) as illustrated Heat the distance sleeve to 93C (200F) to break the Loctite bond and proceed as illustrated

To remove rotary valve shaft assembly from crankcase, first remove coolant pump impeller and circlipUsing the suitable pusher (P420 8766 12) and fiber hammer, push shaft assembly
