Prior to joining of crankcase halves, spray new injection oil on all the moving parts of the crankshaftApply Loctite 515 (P IN 413 7027 00) on mating surfacesNOTE: Prior to applying Loctite 515 it is possible to use primer (PIN 413 7053 00) or primer NF (PIN 413 702400)It increases cure speed and gap filling capabilityRefer to supplier instructionsPosition the crankcase halves together, rotate crankshaft or turns, then evenly tighten crankcase screwsTorque them to N-m (80 Ibf-in)

General
CAUTION: Before engine reassembly, make sure there is no axial pressure on crankshaft and that the crankshaft end-play is properly adjusted

Refer to "Engine Dimensions and Measurement" section 02-09 for the procedures

At installation, always locate its inner radius against counterweight radiusMake sure it does not slip between the counterweight and the bearing
