Bogie wheels are factory rivetedWhen separation is necessary, remove rivets securing wheel tire and flanges using 3116" diadrillSecure flanges and tire using bolts (14-20 34") and nuts tighten in the followingsequence to Ntm (44 Ibf.in)
NOTE: If applicable, place spring ends in middle position of the position sloned anchor
