REMOVAL
To remove chaincase from vehicleproceed as follows:
9, Cotter pin
Install new cotter pin,
20Chaincase cover
Remove and dram oiL
CAUTION: When removing replace with new one
cotter pin always
4,16,36, O-ringdrive axle oil seal
Replace chaincase a-ring and drive axle oil seal when reassembling chaincase
36, Drive axle oil seal
Pry out from chaincase
5,6,7,8,12,13,21,24, Tensioner assembly, sprocketschain
Remove from chaincase
