REMOVAL
15,16,17,18.19, Shim, extension, washer, lock washerscrew
Remove the cap screw, pull the dnven pulley from the counte rshaft
4, Spring
Spring torsional pre-load Check pre-load using fish scale positioned at 90 the pulley axleThe spring pre-load should be: 5.9 kg 113 IbL
DISASSEMBLY
1, Snap ring
Remove snap ring to disassemble the outer cam and the
5.9 kg 113 Ib)
two pulley halves(On MX models remove shim!
WARNING: Driven pulley cam is spring loaded, hold firmly while removing snap ring
INSPECTION

10, Sliding half bushing
Check bushing for wear, replace if necessary, To disassembl,e worn bushing, lise press and suitable pusherTo correct, refer to ADJUSTMENT
