DISASSEMBLY
1 13, Roll pinouter cam
Use Din punch to remove roll pin from the outer cam
12, Cam slider shoe
Slider shoe must be replaced when dimple in the working surface is barely visible or worn to less than 314 ot its original depthSee illustration,
REMOVAL
Pulley guarddrive belt
Steering column bolts
Slacken_
Slider shoe-
5, Drive chain
Release tension,
1,2, Cotter pincastellated nut
Remove from pulley shaft
To expose slider shoe working surface, turn sliding half by hand so that the pulley cam moves away from slider shoes WA.RNING: Make sure that the engine cannot be started when performing the above operation
