To flare bushing, use following tools:
Press bushing until tools SII against OUler half

Outer flare tool PIN 529 0060 Del
To remove tools from outer halfinsert suitable punch through the perfored tool and tap to release the other thus making room to remove itselfInner li3fe (001 PIN 520 0061 00
Apply loctite 601 outside of bushing then insert into its housing making sure there is the same distance both sidesPlace flanng tools each side of outer half then use press
