6,7,8, Rope sheave, starter ropekey
To Install new rope: Insert rope into sheave orifice and lock il with the key as illustrated
12, Lock spring
Install lock spring and lubricate with MOLYKOTE G-N paste PIN 413 7037 00_
To adjust rope tension:
Wind rope on sheave and place rope sheave mto starter housing makmg sure that the sheave hub notch engages in (he spring hook,
Rotate the sheave counterclockwise until rope end is accessible through starter housing orifice, Pull the rope out of the starter housing and temporarily make knot to hold II
