Put drop of Loctite 242 on screw threads and tightenClean crankshaft extension (taper)Apply Loctite 242 on taper
- Solder the yellow wire In the harness to the white tube protected wire of the coil- Solder the yeJlowfblack striped wife in the harness to the black tube protected wire of the coil
7,11.19,20, Loctite 242, flywheel, lock washernut
Position woodruff key, magneto flywheel, lock washer on crankshaftClean nut threads and apply Loctite 242 (blue, medium strength) before tightening nLlt to 95 N-m (70 Ibf-ft)
At reassembly coat all electric connections with silicone
White protector with yellow wire of harness Black protector with yellowblack wire of harness
dielectric grease (PIN 413 7017 00) to prevent corrosion moisture penetration,
