AI seal assemblY apply light coat of lithium grease on seal lipsFor bearing lubrication purpose, gap of 1.0 mm C040"} must be maintained between seals and bearings
NOTETorque the two smaller bolts {15 and 161 on magneto side to N-m (80 Ibf.in)
1,3,8,29, loctite 242, angular tubes (oil inletoil outlet)screws
Apply LoctHe 242 on threads prior to assembly angular tubes and block connector bracket screws
For bearing lubrication purpose, gap of 1.0 mm .040"} must be maintained between seals and bearingsWilen installing plain seals (seal without locating ring or without spacing legs), ensure to maintain the specified gap as illustratedFor seals with spacing legs, install them against the bearing
27,31 ,32, Crankcase M8 Screws
Torque the crankcase M8 screws to 21 N-m (15 (bf-ft)Install them as per exploded view
26 Crankcase M6 screws
Torque the crankcase M6 screws to N-m (80 Ibf.in),
