Discard all seals and a-rings

To remove the distance sleeve use bearing puller (Ex: Snap-on no, CJ 950) and pusher (PIN 420876610) as illustratedHeat the distance sleeve to break the Loctite bond 93C {200"FI and proceed as lIIustrated
Clean all metal components in non-ferrous metal cleaner
DISASSEMBLY AND ASSEMBLY

To remove rotary valve shaft assembly from crankcase, first remove coolant pump impeller and circlipUsing the
suitable pusher WIN 420876510) and fiber hammer, push shaft assembly_
