6.15; Seals
At seal assembly, apply light coat of lithium grease on seal lipsFor bearing lubrication purpose, gap of 1.0 mm (.040") must be maintained between seals and bearingsWhen installing plain seals (seal without locating ring or Without spacing legs), ensure to maintain the specified gap as illustratedFor seals with spacing legs, install them against the bearing15

NOTE: Torque the two smaller bolts (15 and 16) on magneto side to N"m (80 Ibhin)
1,3,25, Loctite 242, angular tubes (oil inlet &
oil outlet)
Apply Loctite 242 on threads prior to assembling angular tubes,
5,19,20, Upper crankcase, Loctite 516 &
lower crankcase
Crankcase halves are factory matched and therefore, are not interchangeable or available as single halvesPrior to joining of crankcase halves, apply light coat of Loctlte 515 (PIN 413 7027 001 on mating surfaces
