ASSEMBLY
18,21,22,25, Armature plate, magneto flywheel, lock washernut
Position the armature plate on the crankcase aligning the marks on both pansClean crankshaft extension taperApply Loctite 242 (blue, medium strength) on taper
Position keymagneto flywheel and lock washer on crankshaft- Clean nut threads and apply Loctite 242 (blue, medium strength) before tightening nut to 85 N-m (63 Ibf-ft) ,
