_ CAUTION: Replace tne old wires in the connec"tor With the same color coded new wires- Install new receptacle connector to the blackyellow striped wire- To install the ground connector of the armature plate tape the new black lead to the old one and pull It under the lighting coil with the oil wireT
CAUTION: Protect harness from flame
- Remove screws (use Phillips no3 screwdriver)- Remove the wire retaining clip from armature plate- Pull out protector tubes and unsolder the splice connectors- Solder the yellow wire in the harness to the white tube protected Wire of the coil- Solder the yellowblack striped wire in the harness to the black tube protected wire of the coil
- Solder an eye connector to the lead and fasten It under the wire retaining clip
