Lock the slide fit bearing on countershaft with the excentric collar
21, Socket set screw
Lock excentric collar in position with the set screw and apply "Loctite 242" blue (medium strength) PIN 413 7030 00 on threads
15, Pulley retaining screw
Torque to 25 N.m (18 Ibf.ft)
