CAUTION: Do not disassemble counterweights unless replacement is necessary
9,10, Bearing
To disassemble bearing from inner half, use suitable bearing puller
REMOVAL
1,4,6, Outer halfgovernor cup
With engine cold, remove spark plug(s) then bring P.T.O(Power Take Off) piston at T.O.C(Top Dead Center) positionRotate drive pulley 45 clockwise then insert enough starter rope into cylinder to fill it completely
CLEANING
6,10, Innerouter half
Clean pulley faces and shaft with fine steel wool and dry clothClean outer half bushing with clean dry cloth
