SECTION 10 WARRANTY
Damage resulting from modification to the snowmobile not approved in writing by BOMBARDIER Losses incurred by the snowmobile owner other than parts and labour, such as, but not limited to, transportation, towing, telephone calls, taxis, or any other incidental or consequential damages
6BATTERY WARRANTY:
12 consecutive months(Pro-rated 100 warranty coverage will start on the date the snowmobile was purchased and run to the following April 30thThe remainder of the 12 months period will be pro-rated as follows:50 from April 30th to December 1st- 40 from December 1st to December 31 st- 30 from January 1st to end of warranty
