SECTION 05 SUSPENSION
SUB-SECTION 05 (TRACK)
To correct alignment, loosen link plate spring lock nut on side where track is closest to the link plate Turn track adjuster bolt on same side, clockwise until track re-alignsTighten link plate spring lock nut
Place the track insert installer into track notches and position male jig on top of track insertTighten installer bolt until track insert is locked in place, CAUTIONTo prevent damages and for an easier operation of the tool, apply grease on male jig, female jig and to the installer bolt threads
Alignment (slide and TRS6 suspension all models)
With rear of vehicle supported off the ground, start engine and allow the track to rotate slowlyCheck that track is well centered and turns evenlyTo correct, stop engine then loosen the lock nuts and tighten the adjuster bolt on side where guides are closest to slideTighten lock nuts and recheck alignment(TYPICAL)
