Chaincasedriven pulley assembly
Using two (2) large screwdrivers inserted between chaincase and framepry complete assembly from vehicle
1, Oil seal
Using an appropriate pusher, press oil seal into chaincase hubOil seal must sit flush with case hub edge
28, Sprocket
Place lower sprocket with longer flange toward track side of chaincase(For proper sprocket and chain use, see Technical Data

INSTALLATION
To install chaincasedriven pulley assembly, reverse removal procedure and pay attention to the following
DISASSEMBL Y
Disassemble driven pulley from chaincaseRefer to Driven pulley 03-04
12,30, Cotter pins
Install new cotter pins
Lower oil seal
Install oil seal into chaincase flange
